I have over 26 years’ experience of working within HR in a variety of sectors including NHS, manufacturing, civil engineering, IT and digital marketing.

I have worked at a strategic level with key stakeholders to include succession planning, employee engagement, development of people strategies, delivering training and have also managed large change management programmes. I have managed small teams which has also included managing in-house payroll. I have a keen interest in employee wellbeing and employee engagement.

I am married,  have 3 rescue cats, and have a keen interest in fitness, particularly CrossFit and competing in Triathlons.
