I am honoured to be serving a richly diverse and aspirational community. My core belief that the students in our care should not have ceilings placed on their ability and that demography may not become destiny provides the foundation in which I root my educational ethos.

This embodies the reason I entered the teaching profession which is simply to make a difference to young people and to use my experience to support and develop others. As educational leaders, we have a mission to nurture enquiring minds and inspire our students and staff to pursue their ambitions and dreams. Children leaving our care should be ready to excel in a future which has limitless possibilities.
